It’s sweltering hot outside, and much as you enjoy messing around on your yacht, it’s a long time since you had a really nice shower, a comfortable bed and a room that doesn’t move.
Perhaps it’s time to check in here. Many of the rooms overlook the harbour and some have small gardens with terraces.
With fully tiled floors, welcome air con, fridge and coffee machine, the kingsize bed is an added bonus. Spotlessly clean, the room also has Wi-Fi.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower where there are fluffy towels and quality toiletries.
The hotel has a small swimming pool and also offers spa treatments.
The nearby open air restaurant serves a decent breakfast plus there are a couple of other restaurants on the site – an Italian and a Japanese – for lunch or evening meals. All quite expensive by UK standards, but nothing is cheap in the Caribbean.
